New Technology Business Analyst

The Enterprise Business Unit has set up a **Transformation and Processes Unit**, which will be focused on the definition and execution of the projects that will take it from the current as is to a future ready situation. The main project that has been launched at the moment is** “Transformation Project”**, that looks for a total redefinition of the B2B sales and operational processes.
All this transformation will be done in an Agile manner just to be able to deliver the maximum benefits in the shortest period of time.
In this framework, the **New Technology Business Analyst **is a key agent for making this transformation to be successful by:
- Actively participating in the Transformation Project squads or any other transformation project, delivering a numerical and KPIs based approach to the business decisions
- Identifying and building the program KPIs that will secure the projects’ success
- Producing the required reports to support the business decisions, either on a regular or an ad-hoc basis
- Producing and tracking the business KPIs and dashboards that will secure the project delivery success, as operational efficiencies KPIs, tools adoption ratios and the likes
- Identifying KPIs deviations, data patterns and trends, interpretating the results and giving insights to the project teams and senior management
**What you bring**:
- New technologies savvy, curious about cutting-edge and emerging trends within the telco/digital industry.
- Deep data analysis skills, with analytical and problem solving orientation.
- Good business knowledge, having worked in business environments as Sales, Marketing or Customer Value Management.
- Good business to business Sales and Support processes knowledge.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other related field.
- Data analysis or big data certification.
- Deep knowledge of data management tools as excel, Power BI, databases - SQL, Qlikview or Tableau.
- Salesforce knowledge would be desirable.
- Used to work under agile and design thinking frameworks.
