If you also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proactive approach, this position is for youMain ResponsibilitiesEnsure the presentation, order, and professional image of the office.Act as a point of contact for internal departments such as Administration, IT, HR, Health & Safety, among others.Oversee new employees' onboarding dates and manage all necessary arrangements : laptop setup, access cards, and desk allocation.Handle purchases of fruits, snacks, and office supplies, always securing the best suppliers.Manage office access, relocations / expansions, seating plans, meeting room bookings, and coordinate global internal visits and leadership meetings.Organize local corporate and non-corporate events (Colorful Day, Pride, Christmas Lunch, etc.).Receive and handle packages and correspondence.Coordinate with Cloudworks (office space provider) for maintenance issues or building-related concerns, maintaining a strong and professional relationship.Manage contract review applications and
