Formarás parte de una multinacional globalizada referente en la fabricación y comercialización de neumáticos y soluciones de movilidad.tus funcionesGestión Comercial: Lograr los objetivos de unidades, mix y volumen de facturación establecidos para tu área asignada.Desarrollo de Negocio: Acercar la propuesta de valor a usuarios finales y desarrollar los Key Dealers de tu zona.Implementación de Programas: Ejecutar el BS Partner Program integrando nuevas soluciones de movilidad y neumáticos.Venta Consultiva: Aplicar metodologías de venta de soluciones de valor mediante la capacitación especializada proporcionada por la empresa.Planificación Estratégica: Organizar visitas y mantener reuniones periódicas con gerentes de red para adaptar las políticas comerciales a las tendencias del mercado.requisitos del puestoFormación: Titulación universitaria (Grado).Experiencia: Mínimo de 4 años en una posición similar dentro del sector.Idiomas: Nivel de Inglés B2.Habilidades: Capacidad de planificación, orientación a resultados y excelentes dotes de interlocución.tus beneficiosSalario: Banda salarial competitiva entre 35.000 y 45.000 SBA.Conciliación: Políticas de horario flexible para fomentar el equilibrio vida-trabajo.Proyecto estable: Puesto de nueva creación en una estructura sin cambios previstos a corto plazo#J-18808-Ljbffr
