Linde Medica Warehouse Supervisor Iberia (m/f/d) San Sebastian de los Reyes, Spain | req26485 What you will enjoy doing You will manage the control of CAPEX and Budget for the cost centers under your responsibility, as well as stock control and inventory management, ensuring proper supply You must ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental objectives within your area of influenceYou will coordinate the preparation of KPI reports, consumption, and expenses to measure the established SLAAlso you will undertake the management and supervision of personnel under your chargeYou should keep the material and other assets updated in the SAP master dataYou will be responsible for monitoring audits and implementing corrective actions derived from themYou will actively participate in processes of digitalization and task automation, contributing to the company's progress toward digital transformation What makes you great You have at least 5 years of professional experience leading teamsIn addition, you have previous experience of at least 5 years managing warehousesKnowledge as a Logistics Operator is highly valuedYou adapt easily to new technological tools and are proficient in the Office suiteYou have knowledge of SAP.
