Job Description Reporting directly to the Sourcing Excellence Director, you will be a key part of the Sourcing Excellence Central Organization, focused on improving group methodologies, processes, and tools. You will define commercial, pricing, and offer management strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. You will manage a team of Project Managers and Business Process Owners. Responsibilities Drive growth by developing and implementing new commercial strategies and methodologies. Manage strategic projects related to commercial and pricing, evaluating their business cases and prioritizing based on value. Ensure competitiveness and profitability by setting pricing and shipping fee guidelines. Establish key objectives and KPIs to measure business impact. Data and Process Management Collaborate with the Data Team to leverage data for commercial and pricing insights. Propose and implement efficient processes and tools for sourcing teams, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Team Leadership Organize and prioritize team work, manage recruitment, and ensure balanced workload. Develop team skills and foster cohesion. Minimum Requirements At least 8 years of experience in sales, consulting, or related fields. Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or similar. Experience in marketing, sales, finance, or strategic consulting preferred. Strong project management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a complex organization. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication skills in English.
