The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business analysis, information systems, and project management. They will be responsible for leading the analysis of business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of information systems to enhance business operations.**Your key responsibilities*** **Leadership in Requirements Gathering**: Lead the collaboration with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.* **Advanced Business Process Analysis**: Evaluate and redesign existing business processes and systems to identify and implement improvements and optimizations.* **Strategic Solution Design**: Collaborate with senior D&T and business leaders to design and propose strategic solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals.* **Initiative Leadership**: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, and within scope.* **Stakeholder Communication and Management**: Act as a primary liaison between business units and D&T, facilitating clear and effective communication and managing stakeholder expectations.* **Testing and Validation Oversight**: Oversee and coordinate comprehensive testing of new systems and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.* **Comprehensive Documentation**: Maintain and oversee the creation of detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications.* **Mentorship and Training**: Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts and end-users to ensure effective utilization of new systems and processes.**We offer*** A supportive environment where you’re empowered to grow and share your ideas.* An inclusive and multicultural team with respect for everyone* A dynamic work environment with many challenges that give you the possibility to work autonomously and with a team in finding the right solutions.**You bring**Competences* Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.* Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.* Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.Experience & Education* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on information systems.* Industry Experience: Experience working with Legal and Regulatory teams in either the Consumer Packed Goods, Chemical, Pharma industry, or similar is a plus.* Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
