Job OverviewWe are currently sourcing candidates for a prestigious Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Singapore Airlines position in Greece. Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service support to Singapore Airlines passengers in the Italian language
- Assist travelers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and complex itinerary management
- Maintain a deep understanding of aviation industry regulations and airline-specific policies to ensure seamless service
- Effectively resolve passenger inquiries regarding baggage, loyalty programs, and special travel requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador for Singapore Airlines, ensuring every interaction reflects their reputation for excellence
- Collaborate with internal departments to manage flight-related documentation and passenger databases
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on aviation security and service standards
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) for high-quality customer engagement
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our jobs in Greece
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, preferably within the aviation or travel industry
