Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a dedicated individual for our Russian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a vital component of our client's commitment to maintaining a secure online environment, and it represents one of the most exciting Russian-speaking jobs available in the social media sector today.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community standards within the social media industry
- Identify, investigate, and mitigate potential security risks to protect the global user base
- Apply specialized knowledge of the Russian cultural and linguistic landscape to flag sensitive content
- Collaborate with international teams to refine trust and safety policies for diverse online platforms
- Handle escalated reports with high precision and confidentiality to maintain platform integrity
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends and policy changes affecting social media safety protocols
- Maintain high performance and accuracy standards as part of our premier team located in Sofia
- Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within a multinational environment
- Valid EU passport or current eligibility to work in Bulgaria
- Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex content moderation guidelines
- Previous experience in trust and safety, social media, or customer support is highly advantageous
