About The RoleAs the Chief of Staff - Cross-Functional , you will act as the central orchestrator across some of Biorce's core functions:Executive, Product, Marketing, Scientific, and Business Operations. This pivotal role supports the Leadership Team by ensuring strategic initiatives are synchronized, operational processes are highly efficient, and resources are optimally allocated across high-growth areas. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership position dedicated to maximizing organizational velocity and impact. Key ResponsibilitiesI. Strategic Alignment & Planning Cross-Functional Strategy: Translate the company's vision into clear, measurable quarterly objectives (OKRs) and strategic priorities across Product, Marketing, and Scientific divisions. Annual Planning: Drive the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up for the annual and quarterly executive strategic planning cycles. Roadmap Synchronization: Ensure deep alignment between the Product roadmap, Marketing Go-to-Market plans, and Scientific milestones. II. Operational Cadence & Execution Operating Rhythm: Manage the executive leadership meeting schedule, including setting agendas, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring timely execution across departments. Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain consolidated dashboards to monitor key cross-functional KPIs, including Scientific progress, GTM effectiveness, and operational efficiency metrics. Process Optimization: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that impact delivery speed or resource utilization across the organization. III. Decision Support & Analysis Executive Communication: Prepare high-impact materials, e.g. investor updates, Board of Directors presentations, and key internal announcements, synthesizing complex information into executive-ready narratives. IV. Special Projects & Initiatives Manage high-impact, complex projects that span multiple functions (e.g., launching a new product line, managing regulatory compliance efforts, or integrating new operational systems). Own key initiatives to improve overall organizational health, such as internal communications strategy or employee engagement programs. Ideal Profile 6+ years of experience in a strategy, operations, or consulting role within a high-growth technology or life sciences company. Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment and execution, with exposure to Product Management, Marketing/Commercial, and Scientific environments. Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build effective narratives and influence diverse stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex dependencies and competing priorities simultaneously. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and building structure where none exists. Deep interest in AI, clinical development, and digital transformation in pharma/healthtech.
