Atlante Iberia

Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

ATLANTE is a separate legal entity with a leadership team and its own resources. ATLANTE will obviously also leverage on strong collaboration and support from its mother company NHOA. Currently NHOA owns 100% of ATLANTE and while it might consider strategic partners both at the assets level and at the ATLANTE level, for the latter NHOA intends to maintain majority and industrial control.

**Position:**:As **Chief of Staff**, the job mission is to support at the highest levels in the organization. Your responsibilities will be in two main areas:

- Management, support and participation in strategic activities involving the CEO and othe C-Level executives;
- Diary support of the CEO's activities including among others: administrative matters, expenses report, agenda, documents signatures and logistics, insurance processes and personal affairs.

**The main tasks in the role are**:

- Act as an adviser to CEO effectively facilitating the decision-making process;
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives;
- Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly and efficiently and keep track of progress until solved;
- Support cross functional strategic projects from the design phase through the definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs;
- Ensure the communication and collaboration between functions identifying key interdependencies and possible solutions;
- Collaborate with leadership across the company to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives and key decision processes;
- Drive organizational accountability through performance management;
- Prepare periodic management reporting / dashboards for executives and Board of Directors;
- Manage external suppliers involved in supporting transactions, working with colleagues in relevant teams as appropriate;
- Review, management and delivery of documents to be signed by the CEO;
- Travel and full logistics arrangements and proactive constant support to the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ Years of Work Experience; Previous experience in Consulting, Banking or Audit is a plus Previous experience in/with Energy, Mobility, Real Estate industries is a plus
- Engineering, Sciences or Business degree with from a leading university; Postgraduate education (MBA or PH.D) is a plus
- Professional English and Spanish; one among Italian/French is a plus
- Sound analytical skills. Ability to exercise personal judgment to make a decision where required;
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to communicate complex concepts;
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and to respond to changing demands from multiple sources;
- Proficiency in computer skills;
- Ability to operate effectively in a start-up environment.
