We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth in Spain. This role is crucial for expanding our presence in the healthcare HIS / ERP sector through strategic market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and forging key partnerships.

Join our team and help advance our mission in healthcare technology solutions

Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Spain

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends

Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategies

Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS / ERP providers

Negotiate and close product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providers

Negotiate and close complex strategic deals with insurance and hospitals customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goals

Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals

Lead strategic cross area projects and assure goals are reached

Give commercial support to partners in Latin America and participate in sales negotiations, when necessary

Have an undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBA

Have 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (Desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions or other)

Insurance and hospitals market knowledge

Have business knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs

Preferably had previous experience in consulting, partnerships management or project management

Speak English and Spanish fluently

Business Case to be completed in one week

~45 min presentation of the Business Case, with Team leader and Global Managing Director

Work in a start-up atmosphere : dynamic, informal, and fun
