Solution Specialist (Flemish-speaking) – Hybrid – Cloud SolutionsLocation: Benalmádena / Málaga, SpainWork model: Hybrid (Full-time)Schedule: 39h/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00Languages: Flemish & EnglishStart date: ASAPRole OverviewWe are hiring a Flemish‑speaking Solution Specialist to join a hybrid role in Benalmádena, focused on cloud solutions for small and medium‑sized businesses. This position combines technical expertise and consultative sales skills in a fast‑paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.Present cloud solution value propositions aligned with customer business goals.Provide technical overviews based on customer needs and usage scenarios.Support cloud adoption and customer success initiatives.Validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations.Deliver solution demonstrations via online tools.Conduct group and individual training sessions as required.RequirementsFluent in Flemish.Fluent in English.3–6+ years of experience in technology sales, solution consulting, or business development.Fundamental cloud certification (required).Solid understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.Experience with cloud productivity, collaboration, or communication solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills.Results‑driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.Nice to HaveL200 certification.Knowledge of identity, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud or hybrid environments.Salary & Benefits€36,000 gross per year.Performance bonus up to €6,000 gross per year.Private medical insurance.Full‑time permanent Spanish contract.Paid training and onboarding.Career development programs and specialized courses.Hybrid work model.Modern office in Benalmádena, close to the beach.Relocation support (if applicable).How to ApplyInterested?
