About The Role
Join our dynamic and innovative Cloud Solutions team as a
Dutch-speaking Solution Specialist
. In this role, you will support businesses in adopting modern cloud technologies, improving productivity, and achieving digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading IT & Cloud platforms, support B2B clients, and develop your technical and consultative expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking B2B clients with cloud solution inquiries and product guidance
  • Provide expert support on cloud-based productivity tools and services
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate cloud solutions
  • Manage technical inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams

Requirements
Native/Fluent
Dutch (C2)
Strong
English skills (B2–C1)
Interest or experience in cloud solutions / IT support / SaaS

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational abilities

Ability to work onsite in
Málaga or Valencia
