This role acts as a key functional link between the business community and the IT/development teams globally, focusing on leveraging software tools to optimize business processes within the Electronics Manufacturing industry.  Detailed Description Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope, requirements, identifying key issues, designing & presenting the solution, testing, system implementation, and training. Liaises with the business community to understand business processes and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process. Manage projects and assist development teams in understanding requirements and application design. Create and maintain necessary documentation, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup. Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation. Provide 2nd-level support service to site IT/Business Teams.
