We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Europe, which is focused on creating next-generation management platforms for the Cloud-Edge Computing Continuum.
Job DescriptionWe seek a Customer Success Manager with exceptional relationship-building skills, who can effectively communicate with customers, champion their needs, and define and execute a customer success program in close collaboration with various teams involved in the sales funnel.
The new manager will be responsible for strengthening relationships and building long-term partnerships with customers, driving customer success, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Own customer relationships, lead customer communication, monitor customer outcomes, goal-alignment, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop or assist in developing customer account strategies together with Sales, Services, and Support teams.
- Create long-lasting business connections, strengthen customer relationships, and build them into true business partnerships.
- Maintain client records, send periodic updates, and have an overview of account contract information.
- Serve as the customers' liaison, helping push client concerns, issues, and needs toward resolution with internal teams.
- Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
- Understand the products and services offered to ensure adequate delivery to customers.
- Drive evaluation/feedback of new components.
- Monitor customer activity, create reports, and meet with stakeholders to improve customer understanding and drive business.
- Assist Sales in monitoring for upsell and cross-sell opportunities and discuss findings with the Head of Sales.
- Support Marketing and Community with strategic plans and content contributions to add value to existing customers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Associate in the IT market.
- 3+ years overall IT/development Background.
- Solid experience working with global customers and driving customer success.
- Hands-on experience in managing or contributing to open-source projects.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with high emotional intelligence.
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize demands on the side of clients.
- Demonstrated technical writing skills in English.
