Para que tu candidatura sea válida, debes aplicar directamente en Devices ofrece un contrato indefinido de Social Media Manager.⭐ Candidata/o ideal Experiencia : Mínimo 3 años como social media o community manager, idealmente en tecnología, startups o electrónica de consumo.Habilidades de comunicación : Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.Creatividad y contenido : Capacidad para crear contenido atractivo e ideas innovadoras.Conocimiento de la industria : Familiaridad con dispositivos wearables y de monitoreo de salud.Habilidades interpersonales : Facilidad para interactuar con usuarios y gestionar comunidades en Discord, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook y TikTok.Trabajo en equipo e independencia : Capacidad para trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo en un entorno dinámico.Gestión de reputación : Experiencia en manejo de crisis (deseable).Pasión : Interés en tecnología de consumo, salud, fitness y construcción de comunidades.⭐ Funciones y responsabilidades Estrategia y contenido : Desarrollar una estrategia de redes sociales para aumentar el reconocimiento y el engagement de la marca. Crear y curar contenido atractivo para todas las plataformas (textos, imágenes, videos).Interacción y monitoreo : Monitorear y responder a comentarios y mensajes de manera profesional. Fomentar la participación de la comunidad, construyendo lealtad.Análisis y mejora : Rastrear métricas clave para evaluar campañas y optimizar ventas en redes. Mejorar tiendas en redes sociales y construir funnels de venta.Gestión de reputación y relaciones : Identificar y mitigar posibles crisis en redes.
