Vos LittleBig Responsibilities Piloter la relation client : organiser des réunions de suivi, répondre aux besoins et assurer la coordination avec les équipes internes Construire et entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels et anticiper les attentes des clients Fournir des recommandations pour optimiser les processus d’achat et l’utilisation de la plateforme Aider les clients à exploiter leurs données et à en tirer des insights pertinents Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans de succès adaptés aux objectifs des clients Superviser le déploiement des nouvelles fonctionnalités et assurer l’onboarding des utilisateurs Identifier les opportunités d’upsell et contribuer au développement des comptes Mettre en place des stratégies pour renforcer l’engagement client et limiter le churn Relayer les retours clients pour améliorer le produit Votre profil Formation supérieure en commerce, gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en Customer Success Management,
