Importante empresa distribuidora de Alimentación busca incorporar un/una Sales Assistance de Exportación para el equipo comercial en Sevilla. ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Gestión de incidencias: Seguimiento y resolución de incidencias con clientes y proveedores, asegurando que se tomen decisiones informadas y oportunas ante situaciones como roturas de stock u otros imprevistos. Coordinación transversal: Colaboración estrecha con otros departamentos como Calidad, Aprovisionamiento y Logística para garantizar la correcta ejecución de procesos y el flujo de información. Análisis de información: Monitoreo de la situación tanto en el fabricante como en el cliente, evaluando datos y reportando insights clave para la toma de decisiones de los KAM. Soporte a KAM: Apoyo en tareas comerciales operativas, incluyendo seguimiento de pedidos, gestión de documentación y comunicación constante con clientes y proveedores. Aprendizaje y proyección profesional: Posibilidad de rotar por distintos departamentos para comprender el funcionamiento global de la empresa y adquirir competencias que permitan un futuro desarrollo hacia un rol de KAM. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Formación académica: Titulación universitaria en Administración, Comercio, Logística o afines. Idiomas: Inglés imprescindible. Experiencia: Experiencia previa en roles de soporte comercial, back office o gestión de incidencias con clientes y proveedores. Que haya gestionado clientes. Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimiento de procesos comerciales y logística de aprovisionamiento. Capacidad de análisis y manejo de información para la toma de decisiones. Competencias deseables: Conocimiento de sistemas ERP o herramientas de gestión de pedidos. Experiencia previa en empresas de distribución de productos alimentarios o de gran consumo. Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptación a distintos procesos internos. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
