Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement. Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM). Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
High proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar). Ability to take responsibility and focus on objectives. What will you do? Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module. Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and external system integration for automation and proactive infrastructure management. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement. Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems. Manage projects and meet objectives responsibly.
