We’re looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and evolution of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and evolution of HRSD solutions.
- Serve as the technical authority for HRSD initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs.
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow engineers.
- Contribute to platform architecture and governance.
- Ensure Agile delivery and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

- 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience or 5+ years overall ServiceNow experience.
- Strong technical background (Developer or Architect).
- Experience guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications a plus.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
