About the RoleThe team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of our Uber Advertising team Spain. As a Client Partner you will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top non endemic brands and media agencies and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus PointsWhat the Candidate Will DoExecute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals. Mdia agencies and advertisersBe an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needsExpand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offeringsClearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offeringsDevelop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partnersBe ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arisesBe the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmapsBasic Qualifications7+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising SalesExperience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations and media agenciesSpeed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguityAgile, and ability to adapt quickly to challengesStrong hold on Salesforce, Excel.Preferred QualificationsPartner with cross-functional teams will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives, media agencies and key marketing decision-makers within partner organizationsEmploy critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
