They build end-to-end platforms that help game developers and publishers monetize, scale, and operate their games worldwide. Their solutions support complex monetization models, live-ops, digital goods, subscriptions, and global distribution across PC and mobile platforms. Role Overview As a Publishing Producer – Monetization, you will play a strategic, data-driven role within the Monetization team. Your focus will be on identifying new monetization opportunities, validating product hypotheses, and turning insights into scalable product and go-to-market initiatives. You will work at the intersection of product, analytics, and publishing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Formulate and validate monetization hypotheses aligned with product and business goals. Design and run experiments using customer interviews, cohort analysis, and A/B testing. Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for monetization initiatives. Analyze user behavior across segments, cohorts, and funnels to identify growth drivers. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Support teams (the role involves communication with international clients). Translate insights and customer feedback into clear product recommendations. Create pitch decks and presentation materials and participate in partner meetings. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Owner, or LiveOps Manager. Strong understanding of in-game monetization principles for mobile and/or PC games. Solid knowledge of LiveOps mechanics and operational workflows. Experience with product metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven development. Advanced English, written and spoken. Key Soft Skills High ownership and accountability for outcomes. Structured thinking with strong analytical skills. Clear communication and ability to present insights convincingly. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in parallel.
