The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, business analysis, solution design and change management to support our clients in modernizing their infrastructure in areas related to products, pricing and billing.A Lead Product & Pricing Consultant is a mid-senior level professional within a customer onboarding team who leads consultant team on client projects, overseeing all aspects of the engagement from initial needs assessment to solution implementation, including managing client relationships, directing BA team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality business solutions that meet client objectives; they typically have extensive industry expertise and deep knowledge of business practices to provide strategic guidance and direction to both the team and the client.What will you do?Consulting: Partner with clients to assess business challenges, help define business requirements, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions by leveraging key capabilities of Zafin platformBusiness Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on addressing key banking challenges aimed at process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellenceStakeholder Management: Collaborate with key leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure successful project outcomesSolution Development: Play a key role in the functional solution design and implementation of Zafin platform solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitabilityProject Leadership: Lead the execution and delivery while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectivesLeverage banking industry knowledge and best practices to help guide clients define new business processes aligned with Zafin platform capabilitiesWhat do I need to succeed?Must Haves :Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
