PositionPosition: Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Ibiza Contract: Full-time Seasonal (6 months with possible extension)OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the venue’s marketing strategy in line with Nikki Beach brand standards. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and General Manager, the role focuses on digital marketing, social media, content coordination, campaigns, and event support to drive brand visibility, engagement, and commercial performance.This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent brand presentation, timely execution of marketing initiatives, and seamless coordination between marketing and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Manager in implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving set objectivesPromote awareness and consistency of Nikki Beach brand standards internally and externallyIdentify and support marketing opportunities including digital advertising, partnerships, and content initiativesAssist with planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing campaigns and special eventsSupport social media content creation, scheduling, and community management across platformsAssist with email marketing campaigns and digital communicationsCoordinate with influencers and support influencer-related campaignsInteract with guests in real time on social media to enhance engagement and brand presenceCoordinate print and digital advertising with designers, ensuring deadlines and approvals are metMaintain and organize the digital asset library (photos, logos, brand materials)Support relationships with local luxury hotels, concierge services, boutiques, and businesses to ensure up-to-date marketing informationWork closely with the operations team to ensure brand standards are consistently applied on propertyAssist in communicating marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to internal teamsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environmentMotivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishStrong interest in digital marketing and social mediaBasic or junior-level graphic design knowledge is an advantagePositive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learnWhy Join Nikki Beach Hospitality GroupEstablished by Jack and Lucia Penrod, Nikki Beach Hospitality Group epitomizes barefoot luxury hospitality, curating transformative lifestyle experiences through its global collection of iconic beach clubs, hotels, resorts, residences, dining concepts, and pop-ups.
