We're hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Ibiza)

SAWA is preparing for launch and we're looking for a
Marketing Coordinator
to join us at a key moment of build and growth.

This role is the
execution arm of the Head of Marketing & Membership
, working closely together to turn strategy, vision and priorities into high-quality day-to-day delivery. You'll support both
internal and external communications
, helping ensure that everything we do is consistent, well executed and aligned with the brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting marketing execution across
    owned channels
    (website, email, CRM, member communications)
  • Coordinating
    member journeys
    , onboarding flows and key touchpoints
  • Managing
    CRM & email marketing
    operations
  • Supporting
    offline and on-site communication
    (calendars, signage, printed materials)
  • Coordinating communication for
    events and member programming
  • Working with
    external partners
    (social media, PR, creatives) and helping prepare briefs, assets and calendars
  • Supporting the
    creation and organisation of on-site content
    (events, community moments, programming)

Tech & Systems Savvy

We value profiles who are
comfortable working with digital tools and systems
and enjoy bringing structure, clarity and efficiency to how information, communication and workflows are organised.

This includes:

  • Confident use of
    CRM platforms
    for member data, segmentation, journeys and communications
  • Experience working with
    Notion
    (or similar tools) for documentation, calendars, processes and internal coordination
  • Familiarity with
    email marketing tools
    and basic automation logic
  • Comfort working with
    CMS platforms
    for content updates
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple tools without losing oversight or attention to detail

You don't need to be technical or a developer, but you should feel
at ease learning new tools
, understanding how systems connect, and helping keep information clean, organised and usable.

  • Able to write clearly and adapt tone of voice
  • Strong written English and Spanish
  • Interested in lifestyle, wellness, hospitality or community-led brands
