The Role

We're looking for a versatile commercial and privacy lawyer to join our team as our second in-house hire. This is a generalist role with a particular focus on privacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen our legal privacy program
  • Work with teams across ZOE to ensure compliance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Provide business-as-usual legal advice and answer ad hoc legal queries
  • Horizon scan and interpret legal developments for the business
  • Own the development and maintenance of internal and external privacy policies, procedures, and guidance
  • Identify, create, and manage legal operations initiatives
  • Manage external support where required
