E-Commerce Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce Store Manager to join our team at Remotely Talents. As a key member of our global e-commerce operations, you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Build and maintain high-converting product pages that create a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure that our Shopify store is always up-to-date with accurate and consistent product information.
- Coordinate with designers, translators, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product launches across different markets.
- Proactively troubleshoot product-related issues with the customer support team.
- Drive continuous improvements across the store to boost performance and customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and Google Spreadsheets.
- Skilled in using Photoshop and other design tools to create visually appealing product pages.
- Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently without constant supervision.
