About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Store Manager to lead our online store's operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to launch.
  • Develop and maintain high-converting product pages that create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent product information across our Shopify store.
  • Collaborate with designers, translators, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product launches across different markets.
  • Proactively troubleshoot product-related issues with the customer support team.
  • Drive continuous improvements across the store to boost performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Skilled in using Photoshop and other design tools to create visually appealing product pages.
  • Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently without constant supervision.
