About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal/Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Bryden Wood. As a key member of our MEP team, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of Data Centre projects in Spain, ensuring a high standard of engineering in accordance with our standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects to meet all required deadlines.
  • Undertake engineering activities as required and where appropriate act as Design Team Leader.
  • Write Technical documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Industrial Engineering ideally from a Spanish University.
  • Chartered Engineer Status.
  • Minimum of 3 years working within Mission Critical Projects in Spain/Europe.
  • Experience in Construction/Consulting for mission-critical projects.
  • Previous experience in Spain is required.
  • Full knowledge of Mechanical Technical design for all RIBA stages, including carrying out calculations, concept development, project coordination, HS and Risk management, and project delivery.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Supporting the project team in the delivery of a project including project management, financial, technical, and following company QA/QC procedures.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
