Project Manager

At Board International, we empower businesses to make informed decisions with our cutting-edge financial and operational planning solutions. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project success and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities from definition to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and client-satisfactory outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules, keeping stakeholders informed and updated on project progress.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including liaising with technical resources and training team members as needed.
  • Administer project documentation, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate project meetings, ensure effective issue handling, and facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
  • Invoice professional services and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with BI or CPM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proven experience in managing transformation projects, preferably in the retail industry, CPG, or manufacturing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and/or German.
  • PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, SCRUM are a plus.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently.
  • Fluency in English and ability to travel (mainly domestic).
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field.
