Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable profitability and awareness by obtaining the best-in-class QCD performance and innovation from our supply base.

You will achieve this by:

  1. Developing and maintaining clear and effective frameworks and relationships with suppliers
  2. Allocating products and services to suppliers to meet business needs
  3. Conducting regular QCD performance reviews to ensure excellence
Management Missions

You will also contribute to growth by leading the competitive localization of our supplies of parts.

To achieve this, you will:

  1. Align team members' actions with our strategy as a leader
  2. Develop and make team members accountable through coaching and delegation
  3. Guide team members in driving change and innovation as a pathfinder
Key Partnerships

You will work closely with:

  1. Procurement teams and Engineering divisions to implement technico-economical strategy and achieve best economic performance
  2. Manufacturing division and Supply chain department to achieve best performance on economical, quality, and on-time deliveries
  3. Sales and Marketing division and After-sales division to achieve best performance on economical, quality, and on-time deliveries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Engineering or a related field
  2. Previous experience in a supplier management position in the industrial manufacturing industry
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different departments
  5. Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics
  6. Project management skills and ability to multi-task
