About the Role

The Station Manager will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of the location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Implement existing standards and processes while contributing own ideas to improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
  • Recruitment: Build and manage team, seeking the right talent for the location.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
  • Customer Consultation: Advise customers on products and services, sending them out as happy roadsurfers on European roads.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar.
  • Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
  • High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
  • Hands-on and effective communicator.
  • Resilient problem solver and highly organized.
  • Excellent English language skills and fluency in the language of the country applied for.
  • Driver's license Class B.
