Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the French-speaking market. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Process Management:
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations.

Market Analysis:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience

Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency:
Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher)

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Experience:
Prior sales experience, especially in the software industry, is advantageous but not required. We value passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
