Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Welocalize. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project planning, scoping, and requirements gathering with clients
  • Identifying and working with relevant stakeholders to plan and resource projects
  • Risk analysis and contingency planning
  • Leading internal and external teams to successful project execution
  • Creating schedules and monitoring timeliness of delivery
  • Managing budgets and controlling project costs
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Overseeing project activities and ensuring resolution to any problems
  • Reporting to internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, financials, progress, and status
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
  • Knowledge of the translation industry and its technology, process, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
  • Demonstrated success at managing large accounts and/or projects
  • Curiosity and creativity to question existing processes and approaches
  • Proven experience in financial management and budget to actual management
