SuccessFactors Senior Functional Consultant

Your application is currently being considered for a position within the Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced its intention to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (Divested Group). By applying for this position, which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, ensuring adherence to all standards.
  • Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use, and deployment of corresponding modules in the project currently assigned.
  • Apply project methodology and provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project.
  • Provide deliverables and project objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project.
  • Mentor project resources and support the progress of the team, working closely with other business teams.
  • Regularly report progress and issues to the client on both a formal and informal basis.
  • Identify any risks and propose solutions.
  • Document business requirements and procedures.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in the IT industry, with experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors.
  • Experience leading minimum 3 Talent Modules implementations.
  • Certification in EC is mandatory. Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules will be positively valued.
  • Experience in virtual team and remote working environment.
  • High level of English is required. Additional languages are welcome.
  • A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction.
