Your application for a role at Alight Inc is currently being considered for a position that will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group') after the transaction closes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use, and deployment of corresponding modules in the project assigned.
  • Apply project methodology and provide subject matter expertise to technical and functional resources.
  • Mentor project resources and support team progress, working closely with other business teams.
  • Regularly report progress and issues to clients on both formal and informal bases.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions, document business requirements and procedures, and analyze business requirements to develop effective configuration solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in the IT industry, with experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors.
  • Experience leading at least three Talent Modules implementations.
  • Certification in EC is mandatory, with certification in any SuccessFactors module being positively valued.
  • Experience in virtual teams and remote working environments.
  • High-level English proficiency, with additional languages welcome.
  • Customer focus, flexibility, patience, excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and time and workload management.
