SuccessFactors Senior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, ensuring that all standards are met.
  • Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use, and deployment of corresponding modules in the project currently assigned.
  • Apply project methodology to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project.
  • Mentor project resources to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Support the progress of the team, working closely with other business teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Regularly report progress and issues to clients on both a formal and informal basis.
  • Identify any risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Document business requirements and procedures to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in the IT industry, with a focus on SAP HR/SuccessFactors.
  • Experience leading minimum 3 Talent Modules implementations.
  • Certification in EC is mandatory. Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules will be positively valued.
  • Experience in virtual team and remote working environment.
  • High level of English is required. Additional languages are welcome.
  • A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience and expertise.
