Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Center Manager to lead our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing assets, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Main Functions:

  • CLOSING - Develop and execute a commercial plan to achieve sales objectives.
  • MANAGING - Oversee asset management, including supplier management, quality control, and team supervision.
  • CARING - Provide exceptional customer service, intervene in complex cases, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in offices.
  • Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving short-term results.
  • High customer and results orientation, strategic sales vision.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commercial profile, sociable person, empathic capacity.
  • Complete proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
