About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Specialist to join our team at Amazon European Central Flow. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support FC Leadership by providing expert guidance on process management and improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver world-class operational standards and drive business goals such as volume plan, customer experience, and order fulfillment speed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in flow management tools and processes, and provide training and coaching to team members.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English (European Framework level B2)
  • Strong track record of communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to make critical decisions
  • Fluency in another European language (desired)
  • Experience working in remote/centralized teams (desired)
  • Data science skills, including SQL (desired)
