- Partner with senior leaders in our fulfillment centres to deliver world-class operational standards that create great outcomes for customers.
- Simplify, standardize, and improve processes by using our expertise and strategic position within Amazon fulfillment to innovate on behalf of the customer every day.
- Drive business goals such as overall volume plan, peerless customer experience, and reducing the time between a customer clicking "Buy" and receiving their order.
- Make lives easier for our operations partners by reducing necessary process steps in the pursuit of autonomous flow management within the fulfillment network.

Your Role:
As a Logistics Analyst (internally called Process Control Specialist), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of flow standards in a partner Fulfillment Centre (FC). You will work together with Operations leaders to plan, then execute a shift while escalating risks or standard work deviations to senior managers. The Logistics Analyst is expected to act as a key advisor on all matters relating to customer fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (European Framework level B2)
- Strong track record of communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Problem solver, comfortable working with data to make critical decisions
- Fluency in another European language (preferred)
- Experience working in remote/centralized teams (preferred)
- Data science skills including SQL (preferred)
- Excellent judgement to be able to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to influence others in pressured situations in pursuit of great outcomes
- Problem solving and analytical skills, ability to analyze numerical data points, and work with data to assess situations and take appropriate action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
