Process Control Specialist

Join Amazon's European Central Flow team as a Process Control Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer fulfillment.
About the Role:As a Process Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing flow standards in a partner Fulfillment Centre (FC). You will work closely with Operations leaders to plan and execute shifts, escalating risks or standard work deviations to senior managers.
You will act as a key advisor on all matters relating to customer fulfillment, becoming a subject matter expert in flow management tools and processes. You will conduct deep dive analysis into improvement opportunities, promoting and leading comprehensive action plans across multiple stakeholders.
You will partner with various stakeholder groups across multiple business areas and levels of seniority, communicating complex topics in an accessible way. You will track, communicate, and influence key performance indices such as customer risk, compliance with flow planning, and performance to site level KPIs.
You will also take part in coaching initiatives to share your knowledge of the area with operators, or train new team members as part of their onboarding.
Requirements:- Proficient in English (European Framework level B2)
- Strong track record of communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
