Vodafone Group is embarking on a new technological journey, and we're seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team of Global Service Architects. As a key member of our IoT team, you will play a crucial role in managing complex and strategic IoT opportunities, ensuring efficient handling of standard IoT solutions, and leading customer workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and design IoT service solutions for enterprise customers
  • Lead customer workshops and ensure efficient handling of standard IoT solutions
  • Contribute to proactive and reactive bids, contract and SLA negotiations, and tailored service propositions
  • Play a key role in customer onboarding for complex deals and ensure a smooth transition to delivery
  • Work closely with Product Management to enhance our global IoT service catalogue
Requirements:
  • Wide experience in corporate Pre-sales, customer service design, management, and operations
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of commercial models and the ability to craft profitable services
  • Significant experience in working in multiple teams on a direct or virtual basis
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication Networks
  • Minimum ITIL Foundation (V4) or above with proven operational knowledge and experience
