Job Description

Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:

Vass is seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Test Strategies and Plans, overseeing the testing efforts of a team of consultants, and ensuring the highest quality of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Test Strategies and Plans to ensure the highest quality of software products
  • Oversee the testing efforts of a team of consultants, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that software products meet the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in software quality assurance or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience leading testing efforts for complex software implementations
  • Strong program delivery skills, with experience coordinating activities with multiple project team members in an onsite/nearshore/offshore model
  • Experience in data modernization programs, interacting with business and IT teams to drive requirements, solution design, implementation, and data validations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Snowflake DB testing and strong SQL skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
