As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Enterprise and SaaS software offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to verify software functionality, performance, and stability.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using various automation tools and programming languages.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the software meets the requirements and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process-related activities.
- Improve and maintain the automated testing framework to ensure its efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop automation scripts in Selenium, Java, Python, or Unix Shell, and experience in enhancing test automation frameworks like Cucumber, TestNG, Appium, and Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets compliance, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices, automation techniques, and industry trends.
- Lead performance testing efforts to assess system scalability and stability under retail-specific scenarios.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Testing and worked in Agile development model.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a QA tester in the PLM domain, multi-category retail domain, or similar retail-specific projects.
- Profound knowledge of retail processes and inventory management.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins for pipeline projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-learner and passionate about technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving retail environment.
