Front Desk Manager

The Front Desk Supervisor will provide exceptional guest experiences to visitors, employees, and brands within our Management Offices. As part of the hospitality team, they will work closely with all departments to ensure seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Supervision: Ensure all internal and external inquiries are handled efficiently and with high-quality service, adhering to established etiquette and tone guidelines.
- Office Coordination: Conduct and supervise the start-of-day setup and end-of-day close-down of Reception systems and processes, as well as execute the Gravity Point & Wellbeing program according to the Office strategy.
- Reporting and Communication: Maintain excellent business relationships with guests, exceeding their expectations, and communicate effectively with HR, Operations, and Hospitality teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and solution-oriented approach.
- Service Excellence: Demonstrates drive, resilience, and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Confidentiality and Attention to Detail: Maintains confidentiality and prioritizes workload, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
