Front Desk Team Lead

The Belmonte Group is seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to provide exceptional guest experiences in our Management Offices. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Front Desk area, adhering to established standards and guidelines for etiquette, tone, and language when interacting with guests.
- Efficiently handle internal and external inquiries, providing high-quality service to staff and brands.
- Take ownership of the Front Desk area as the first point of contact for the Office Manager.
- Lead and supervise the Front Desk team to ensure they develop and perform to their full potential.
- Deliver consistent service to guests via phone or in-person, creating and maintaining excellent business relationships.
Office Coordination, Admin & Support:
- Conduct and supervise the start-of-day setup and end-of-day close-down of Reception systems and processes.
- Implement the Gravity Point & Wellbeing program according to the Office strategy, from weekly BAU to seasonal treats.
- Manage Reception/Office Petty Cash.
- Prepare reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Organize team meetings between Office Departments.
- Provide support to the Director of Hospitality & Guest Experience on an ad-hoc basis.
- Maintain daily communication channels with HR, Operations, and Hospitality teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to provide exceptional service and remain motivated by delivering excellence.
- Drive, resilience, and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and within commercial budgets.
