Job Title: Travel Reporting Specialist

Amadeus is seeking a skilled Travel Reporting Specialist to join our corporate team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our Travel Management & Expenses reporting strategy.

About the Role:
  • Implement and maintain our Travel Management & Expenses reporting strategy, producing high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate global reports by product and savings, analyzing business travel KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Provide expert support to our reporting tool users, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze travel policy compliance and address reporting needs by cost centre, function, and other relevant criteria.
  • Participate in the implementation and testing of new reporting tools, ensuring data quality assurance and integrity.
  • Maintain our Travel Management Data Model and support reporting environment maintenance.
  • Implement our Communication & Knowledge Management strategy, supporting corporate communication initiatives and mapping Travel Management corporate processes.
About You:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or data analysis.
  • Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or knowledge management, with a strong understanding of business travel and travel management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with experience in creating dashboards in Power BI and managing data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
