Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Saica Paper. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and monitor maintenance activities for mechanical equipment, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Lead the analysis of breakdowns and recurring mechanical problems in the plant.
- Develop activities and proposals for continuous improvement in facilities and work methods to ensure and improve the efficiency and availability of plant mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support to the plant in mechanical systems, including rotating equipment, pneumatic and oil hydraulic installations, and crane bridges.
- Academic qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar.
- 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance area for rotating machinery, preferably in continuous process industry.
- English language proficiency (B2-C1 level).
- Optional: French language proficiency.
