Electrical Maintenance Specialist

To work as an Electrical Engineer in the electrical/control maintenance department at a paper mill with due regard to safety, environment, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep knowledge and drive continuous improvement in a proactive way proposing alternatives and options to improve the efficiency of electrical systems such as:
- Electrical motors for HV and LV up to 1.5 Mw stand-alone speed inverters.
- Paper machine sectional multi-drive: rectifiers / frequency converters / special AC motors.
- Machine automation (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric positioning and movements PLC based).
- Define and follow up all maintenance activities for electrical equipment under his responsibility: corrective, preventive predictive maintenance routines, planning of shutdowns, spare parts testing, and managing contractors' activities.
- Assist and support operation engineers in managing the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the paper mill.
- Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Mandatory: Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
- Optional: Specific training or final year project based on Power Electronics.
- Experience on PLC (e.g., Siemens S7) and speed inverters for AC Motors.
- Experience: 2-3 years in Industrial EC maintenance department, preferably in continuous industrial processes.
- Languages: English B2-C1; Optional: French.
