About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Conduct regular inspections of elevators and escalators to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role, preferably in the elevator or industrial sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevators and escalators, including mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
